Responsibilities

Deliver patient-centered nursing care in accordance with established protocols. Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes and reporting to the healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness practices. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

Valid nursing license in the UK. Strong clinical assessment skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to providing compassionate patient care.
