We are seeking a skilled and compassionate
RGN/RMN Nurse
to join our care home team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care, ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and comfort of all residents.Key Responsibilities
Deliver person-centred care to residents in line with care plans. Administer medication safely and accurately. Monitor and assess residents' health and wellbeing. Work independently and as part of the care team to maintain high standards. Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
RGN or RMN qualification
with active NMC registration. Minimum of2 years' experience
in a care home setting. Strong knowledge of medication rounds and clinical procedures. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 23.10 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week
