About the Role
We are currently seeking a committed and experienced
Registered Nurse
to join our dedicated care team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care and ensuring the wellbeing and comfort of residents within our nursing home.You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to maintain the highest standards of clinical and personal care while supporting residents to live fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver person-centred nursing care and maintain clinical excellence. Administer medication and manage treatment plans in line with NMC standards. Lead and support care staff to ensure high standards across the home. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
Requirements
Valid NMC Registration.
Minimum 2 years of nursing home experience
- applications with less experience will not be considered.*Strong clinical knowledge and leadership skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Compassionate, professional, and resident-focused approach.
