We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our night team. In this role, you will provide safe, compassionate, and person-centred nursing care to residents, ensuring high standards of clinical practice are maintained throughout the night.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality nursing care in line with care plans. Administer medication and maintain accurate records. Support and mentor night care staff to ensure excellent care standards. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the wider healthcare team.
Experience Required:
Prior experience as a Registered Nurse. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong clinical knowledge and nursing expertise.
Qualification:
NMC Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with relevant post-registration experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 22.75 per hour
Expected hours: 36 - 48 per week
