We are seeking a
dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN)
to join our nursing home team. The ideal candidate will haveminimum 3 years of permanent nursing home experience
, with a commitment to high-quality, person-centred care. This role doesnot accept temporary staff or candidates requiring sponsorship
.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents across flexible shifts, including weekends and bank holidays. Administer medications safely and in line with NMC guidelines. Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records and documentation. Collaborate with colleagues and multidisciplinary teams to ensure residents' wellbeing. Promote independence, dignity, and safety for all residents. Ensure compliance with CQC standards and internal policies.
Requirements:
Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN)
with validNMC registration
. Minimum3 years of permanent nursing home experience
(essential). No temporary staff or applicants requiring sponsorship will be accepted. Strong clinical, communication, and organisational skills. Compassionate, professional, and committed to providing excellent care.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
