We are currently seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and professional
Staff Nurse
to join our exceptional nursing team. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centered care to our residents/patients, ensuring their dignity, safety, and wellbeing at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering and supervising high standards of nursing care in accordance with NMC guidelines.
Administering medication and treatments safely and effectively.
Developing and reviewing individualised care plans.
Monitoring patients' conditions and responding to changes promptly.
Leading and mentoring junior staff and care assistants.
Ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation and reporting.
Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and families.
Requirements:
Registered Nurse with current
NMC PIN
(RGN, RMN, or RNLD).
Previous experience in a care home, hospital, or community setting is desirable.
Excellent clinical, communication, and leadership skills.
Compassionate, reliable, and committed to upholding the highest standards of care.
Right to work in the UK.
