Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)
with nursing home experience to join our team. This role offers a mix of day and night shifts, providing high-quality care to residents in a supportive environment.Key Responsibilities
Deliver professional nursing care during assigned shifts. Administer medications and carry out clinical procedures safely. Monitor residents' health and respond appropriately to changes in condition. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with NMC and CQC standards. Collaborate with care staff to provide person-centred care.
Requirements
Valid NMC registration
as an RGN or RMN. Minimum1 year nursing home experience
. Competent in clinical procedures and medication administration. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and organisational skills.What We Offer
