Job Description

We are seeking a night nurse to join our fantastic care team.

-The successful candidate will ensure that the care,welfare and safety of all our residents in the nursing home is of the highest possible care standard,taking full responsibilty for adherence to statutory regulations.

- To promote and maintain excellent interpersonal relationships between staff/residents and staff/relatives.

-To be responsible for a physcial/psychological assessment of new residents on admission to our care home.

-To institute individualised nursing care plans according to the nursing process.

-To update existing nursing care plans for every resident according to changes in the status of the residents.

-To adhere to the confidentiality principles set within the homes policy.

-To be responsible for the safe administration and recording of all medications prescribed by the residents medical practitioner.

-To liase with visting members of the medical and associated professions who may visit the nursing home and record outcome of the same,and ensure that prescribed or recommended treatment is carried out.

- To liase with relatives as appropriate and record outcome of same.

licence/Certification;

current full NMC registration.
*Permission to work in the UK

*6months post registration experience.

Shift availability:

Day and Night shifts available
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to 19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 24 per week
