We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional
Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)
to join our care team on night shifts. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive and caring environment, providing high-quality clinical care to residents.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver person-centred nursing care in line with best practices Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely Monitor and assess the health and wellbeing of residents Maintain up-to-date care plans and documentation Support and guide care assistants during night shifts Ensure compliance with NMC standards and company policies
Requirements:
Valid NMC registration (RGN or RMN) Prior experience as a Registered Nurse Excellent clinical knowledge and judgement Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to delivering exceptional care
