We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate
Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)
to join our team on anight shift basis
. You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care, ensuring the wellbeing and safety of our residents, and supporting colleagues in providing a person-centred approach.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver safe, effective, and high-quality nursing care during night shifts. Administer medication and treatments in line with NMC guidelines. Monitor and assess residents' health needs, updating care plans as required. Provide leadership and support to care staff, ensuring best practice at all times. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements:
NMC Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN). Relevant post-registration experience. Prior experience working as a Registered Nurse. Excellent clinical knowledge and skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities.
