Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)
to join our team on afull-time night shift
basis.Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care during night shifts. Administer medications and treatments in line with NMC standards. Carry out assessments, create and update care plans, and monitor residents' wellbeing. Supervise and support care staff to ensure safe and effective care delivery. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with safeguarding, infection control, and health & safety policies. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
NMC Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)
with relevant post-registration experience. Prior nursing experience, ideally within a care home or similar setting. Strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication, and leadership skills. Commitment to delivering outstanding care with compassion and professionalism.Benefits:
