Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with regulatory standards. Provide emotional support to patients and their families during challenging times. Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control measures within the healthcare setting.

Skills

Strong knowledge of patient care practices and protocols. Proficient understanding of human anatomy and physiology. Expertise in medication administration, including dosage calculations and monitoring effects. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in documentation and patient management. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
