Key Responsibilities

Provide outstanding nursing care in line with best practices Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely Support and mentor care staff to deliver quality care Develop and maintain person-centred care plans Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organisational policies Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements

NMC-registered

RGN or RMN

Relevant post-registration experience in a care or clinical setting Strong knowledge of clinical practice and regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A compassionate and proactive approach to care
