We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) to join our team. You will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and comfort.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver safe and effective nursing care to residents. Monitor and assess residents' health and wellbeing. Administer medications and maintain accurate clinical records. Collaborate with the care team to meet residents' individual needs. Provide emotional support to residents and families.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience. Registered Nurse (RN/RMN) with valid NMC registration. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, reliable, and professional approach to care.
