You will work alongside a Clinical Lead and Registered Manager, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based nursing care and contributing to the efficient running of the service.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional nursing and personal care in line with clinical standards. Support the management team in achieving compliance and best practice. Lead and mentor care teams to maintain high levels of resident wellbeing. Maintain accurate electronic care and medication records using digital systems. Participate in ongoing professional development and clinical supervision.

About You

Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with a valid NMC Pin Committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care Strong leadership and communication skills A proactive and caring approach with a focus on continual improvement
