About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate

Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN)

As a Staff Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering excellent clinical care, supporting residents with diverse health needs, and ensuring compliance with professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high standards of person-centred nursing care. Administer medication and maintain accurate documentation. Support residents with both long-term conditions and day-to-day healthcare needs. Work collaboratively with the wider care team to develop and implement care plans. Promote a safe, caring, and inclusive environment for residents and colleagues.

Requirements

A valid

NMC PIN

(without restrictions or warnings). RGN or RMN qualification. Previous experience in a care home or nursing environment (preferred but not essential). Strong communication, clinical, and interpersonal skills. A caring and compassionate approach to patient care.
