We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated
Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)
to join our night team in a reputable care home located in CH43. This is a full-time permanent position offering between 36 to 48 hours per week.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high standards of person-centred care during night shifts Administer medications and manage care plans Oversee and support care staff Ensure all documentation meets regulatory standards Liaise effectively with healthcare professionals and families
Requirements:
Valid NMC PIN
(RGN or RMN) Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in a care home or similar setting Strong understanding of clinical standards and regulations Ability to work independently and make clinical decisions overnightWhat We Offer:
