Role and Responsibilities: As a Nurse in the private healthcare sector, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our patients. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Providing compassionate and personalised care to patients of all ages.
• Administering medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualised care plans.
• Monitoring patients\' progress, vital signs, and response to treatments.
• Educating patients and their families about medical conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Ensuring accurate and thorough documentation of patient records.
• Upholding high standards of infection control and patient safety.
• Contributing to the positive and supportive work culture within our facility.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities:

• Registered Nurse (RN) qualification and active registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
• Previous experience in nursing, preferably within a hospital or private healthcare setting.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to make sound decisions in fast-paced environments.
• Effective communication skills, both with patients and colleagues.
• Empathy, compassion, and a patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficiency in medical documentation and record-keeping.
• Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical and professional nursing standards.
