We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse with an active PIN number to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care, with a solid understanding of anatomy and proficiency in medication administration. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and ensuring the delivery of effective nursing interventions.
Duties
Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status and medical histories.
Develop and implement individualised care plans based on patient needs and preferences.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
Monitor patients' vital signs and overall condition, promptly reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment options.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with regulatory standards.
Uphold infection control measures and promote a safe environment for patients and staff.
Requirements
Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology.
Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to empathise with patients.
Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong organisational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
