Registered Nurse (RGN)

About the Role

As a Trained Nurse at Soham Lodge, you will play a key role in ensuring our residents receive safe, dignified and high?quality care. You will:

Lead shifts and delegate tasks to senior and junior care staff Deliver clinical and personal care to a high standard Complete and maintain care plans (CAREDOCs) and medication records (EMAR) Carry out assessments, including pre?admission assessments when required Support and supervise junior staff, contributing to their learning and development Work in line with NMC, CQC, MCA and DoLS standards Manage medication rounds and clinical duties independently Communicate effectively with residents, families, colleagues and external professionals Report concerns, incidents or changes in residents' health promptly Uphold company policies and professional codes of practice Participate in appraisals, mandatory training and ongoing professional development
This role requires strong clinical judgement, leadership qualities and a commitment to maintaining a safe, caring environment for every resident.

Qualifications & Requirements

Registered General Nurse (RGN)

with current NMC registration Strong communication skills -- written and verbal Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Commitment to professional development and reflective practice A caring, compassionate approach to supporting residents with diverse needs
Any conditions on practice must be discussed with the Registered Manager/Owner.

Pay: 19.50-21.50 per hour
