Job Description
We are looking for a Dynamic Night Nurse to lead our team of carers at Fairfield Nursing Home.
This post requires a DBS at enhanced level and must be eligible to register with CQC
24 hours a week days or 24/36/48 on nights
Duties will include
Ensure all care is carried out as planned following a full and comprehensive assessment which involves family/representatives and carers in the care planning process.
Assist Residents to make informed decisions and choices about their care.
Oversee Residents' progress and ensure care plans are reviewed at least once a month.
Ensure accurate records are maintained in line with CQC and NMC regulations and guidelines.
Ensure compliance in line with NMC and CQC guidelines for the management of medication.
Ensure high quality care is delivered which is evidenced based and grounded on research.
Work closely with all staff to identify areas for improvement and training.
Act as Link Nurse for a designated aspect of care.
The home is vibrant with a good core team, we are a 30 bedded Nursing Home with residents with Mild EMI and General Nursing.
