About the Role:

We are currently looking for a compassionate and dedicated

Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)

to join our care team. This is a full-time position working mixed day and night shifts, supporting residents with high-quality clinical care in a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional nursing care to residents in accordance with individual care plans Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately Monitor patient health and respond to clinical changes effectively Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to maintain high standards of care Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in line with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

Active

NMC registration

as an RGN or RMN Prior experience working as a

Registered Nurse

Strong clinical knowledge and nursing skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities A caring and professional attitude
