About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated

Staff Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD)

to join our experienced care team at our Birmingham-based care home. This is an exciting opportunity for a nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care in a supportive environment.

You will play a key role in maintaining clinical excellence, supervising care staff, and ensuring residents receive safe and dignified care.

Requirements:

Valid NMC registration

(RGN, RMN, or RNLD)

Minimum 3 years of nursing experience in a UK care home is essential

Proven experience in delivering high standards of nursing care Strong communication and team leadership skills Must be flexible to work both

day and night shifts

Sponsorship Information:

Tier 2 (Health and Care Worker) Visa Sponsorship is available

Only candidates with a minimum of 3 years UK-based care home nursing experience will be considered
