Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
to join our team. This role is ideal for a nurse with strong mental health experience, committed to providing excellent care in a supportive environment.Key Responsibilities
Deliver professional nursing care to residents with mental health needs. Record and maintain accurate clinical notes and care plans. Administer medications and perform clinical duties safely. Monitor residents' mental and physical wellbeing and respond appropriately. Work collaboratively with care staff to provide person-centred care.
Requirements
Valid NMC registration
as a Registered Nurse/RMN. Minimum1 year nursing experience
, ideally in mental health settings. Strong record-keeping and observational skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.What We Offer
