Are you a dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team within a specialist mental health service in Nottinghamshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an RMN to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care in a supportive environment. You will be a vital part of our clinical team, working to support the recovery and well-being of our service users.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding, evidence-based nursing care as a Staff Nurse*, acting as a named nurse for a group of service users.

Conduct thorough assessments, develop care plans, and lead on medication rounds, ensuring safe administration in line with NMCstandards.
Work without supervisionduring shifts, using your clinical expertise and initiative to manage patient care effectively.
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, promoting a holistic approach to mental healthcare*.

Build therapeutic relationships with service users and their families.
Work in partnership with the Deputy Manager, Ward Manager, and Clinical Leadto maintain the highest standards of care.
Mentor and support Student Nursesand new members of staff.
Maintain accurate and timely clinicalrecords.
Essential Requirements:

Valid NMC Pin as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)*.

A minimum of three years' post-registration experience as a Staff Nurse (RMN)*.

Proven experience and competence in managing medication rounds*.

Experience working in a healthcare setting such as a Nursing Home, Care Home*, or hospital environment.

Ability to work without supervisionand as part of a team.
A strong, up-to-date knowledge of the Mental Health Act and evidence-based practices.
Excellent team-working skills, a high level of self-motivation, and a flexible approach to a 24/7 service.
Desirable Skills:

Experience in a specialist mental health area.
A mentorship qualification.
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding, patient-centred healthcare*.
