We are looking for a compassionate and skilled
RNLD
to join our care home team. This role is ideal for a dedicated nurse who is passionate about supporting individuals with learning disabilities and delivering safe, person-centred care.Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality clinical care to residents with learning disabilities Support with assessments, care planning, and risk management Administer medication safely and effectively Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards Build strong, supportive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues Promote independence, choice, and positive outcomes for all residents
Requirements:
NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience (RNLD or RGN with LD experience) Prior experience working as a Registered Nurse Excellent communication and clinical skills Strong knowledge of learning disability care and best practice A full UK driving licence Compassionate, patient, and committed to delivering person-centred support
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From 22.60 per hour
Expected hours: 36 - 48 per week
Work Location: In person
