We are currently seeking a dedicated and clinically skilled

Registered General Nurse (RGN)

or

Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)

to join our team on a permanent part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate nurse looking to work night shifts in a supportive and well-established care environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in line with clinical best practice. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate personalised care plans. Administer medications safely and accurately. Maintain clear and accurate clinical documentation. Provide leadership and support to care staff during the night shift. Respond effectively to clinical emergencies. Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing among residents.

Requirements

Valid NMC Pin (RGN or RMN). Strong and demonstrable clinical skills. Previous experience in a nursing home or similar care setting is desirable. Ability to work independently during night shifts. Excellent communication and decision-making skills. Compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering high standards of care.
