Staff Nurse
to join our care team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced nurse to provide high-quality, person-centred care in a supportive and professional environment.Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care to residents. Administer medication and carry out clinical duties in line with NMC standards. Monitor residents' health, ensuring care plans are followed and updated. Support, guide, and mentor care staff as needed. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with CQC regulations.
Requirements
NMC qualified
with valid registration.1+ year of nursing experience in care homes
(essential). Up-to-dateDBS check
. Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.What We Offer
