About the Role

We are currently seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and qualified

Staff Nurse

to join our team in a well-established nursing home setting in

SK3 8HZ

. You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care and supporting residents' health and well-being across both

day and night shifts

.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional clinical care to residents in accordance with NMC guidelines Administer medications, carry out treatments, and maintain accurate care records Monitor residents' conditions and respond to their changing needs Work collaboratively with the care team, families, and external healthcare professionals Ensure the highest standards of safety, dignity, and quality of life for all residents Supervise and support junior staff and healthcare assistants

Requirements

Valid

NMC registration

as a

Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD)

Minimum

1 year of experience in a nursing home

environment Strong clinical skills and a person-centred approach Excellent communication and teamworking abilities A compassionate and professional attitude
