The successful candidate must hold a valid NMC pin and be already in the UK.

We are looking for a passionate RMN or RGN to join our team, and join a forward thinking company committed to staff development.

The home is registered to care for older adults with a variety of physical and emotional needs. Residents living with dementia, many of whom have complex behavioural needs are supported to live well here.

The ideal candidate would be willing to work as part of a team and would have the necessary skills to support the staff and nursing team with maintaining the high care standards already existing within the home.

Leading and motivating the care team and managing care plans , you will utilise your nursing expertise to ensure the safe and smooth running of the home on each of your shifts. You will be able to demonstrate compassion and empathy towards the residents and also be open to learning and development whilst providing direct personal and social care. A great communicator you will have the confidence and experience to support and guide care staff and liaise with professionals and other agencies.

Shifts are six or twelve hours long and the position may include night work so flexibility is required.

Ideal experience would include working with older adults, in a care home environment.

New qualified nurses are welcome; the home is very supportive and can provide training as per individual needs.
