We are seeking a compassionate
Staff Nurse
to join our care home team. The role offers flexible shifts and focuses on delivering high-quality care to residents, ensuring their wellbeing and safety.Key Responsibilities
Provide person-centred care in line with care plans. Administer medications and carry out nursing procedures safely. Monitor residents' health and report changes to the care team. Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of care. Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with care regulations.
Requirements
Qualified
RGN or RMN
. Experience in nursing homes or permanent elderly care. Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
