We are seeking a dedicated and professional
Staff Nurse
to join our friendly and supportive care team. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional nursing care within a well-established nursing home environment, ensuring that residents receive the highest standards of care and support.Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to residents, ensuring all clinical standards are maintained. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for residents. Administer and manage medications safely in line with NMC guidelines. Supervise and support care staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and CQC requirements. Promote residents' independence, dignity, and quality of life through compassionate and person-centred care. Accurately maintain records and ensure effective communication within the care team.
Requirements:
Registered Nurse
with a validNMC PIN
. Previousnursing home experience
or experience inelderly care
is essential. Excellent clinical knowledge and strong communication skills. Compassionate, patient-focused, and committed to high-quality care. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.Benefits:
