Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and needs. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Monitor patients' progress and respond promptly to changes in their condition. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and treatment options. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes. Uphold the principles of infection control and maintain a safe environment for patients.

Qualifications

Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to nursing practice. Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Compassionate approach with a strong commitment to patient advocacy and ethical practice.
