Job Description

TAU and Pre-Op Role:

This role will require working at both Theatre Admissions Unit WRH and Pre-operative Assessment Countywide for the duration of the fixed term contract. WRH will be your base and you will cover Annual leave and Sickness in the TAU department as a priority.We will provide training for both areas and ensure you have appropriate management support to achieve this.TAU also manage the LA MRSA swabbing service for the Trust.There may also be the need to support discharge of Local Anaesthetic patients through the area.The rota will be completed 12 weeks in advance to ensure you are aware of your shift pattern. TAU Role: This will be based primarily at the WRH Theatre Admissions Unit, working x4 days per week to admit patients for surgery via the WRH Theatre suite. TAU also manage the LA MRSA swabbing service for the Trust.

There may also be the need to support discharge of Local Anaesthetic patients through the area.
