Cefn Lodge Ltd is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate

Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)

to join our care team on a part-time basis.

You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents, working in a supportive and well-managed environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high standards of nursing care in accordance with NMC guidelines Support residents' well-being through person-centred care planning Administer medication safely and accurately Monitor and record residents' health conditions Communicate effectively with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams Ensure compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards

Requirements:

Valid NMC registration

as RGN or RMN

Minimum 1 year

of experience in a

nursing home setting

Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills Compassionate, patient-centred approach
