We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our team on a full-time basis. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care, supporting residents with their individual needs, and ensuring the highest standards of practice are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care. Administer medication and treatments in line with NMC guidelines. Maintain accurate records, care plans, and risk assessments. Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals. Supervise and support junior staff where required.
Requirements:
NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) Minimum of 2 years' post-registration experience. Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
