Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have current Nursing Home experience and be confident working independently during night shifts, providing high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care to all residents. Administer medication and manage medication rounds accurately. Monitor residents' health and wellbeing, reporting any concerns promptly. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided. Work collaboratively with other nursing and care staff to ensure continuity of care. Uphold the highest standards of care in line with CQC guidelines and company policies.

Requirements:

Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC registration. Proven experience in a Nursing Home setting. Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities during night shifts. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
