Job Description
Assessing , planning, implementing and evaluating care Develop clinical knowledge to care for unwell adults Safe drug administration Excellent communication skills to optimise care for unwell patients. Maintaining safe environment for patients, relatives and colleagues Planning and implementing safe discharge for patients liaising with multidisciplinary team. Carry out venepuncture , cannulation, VBG, ABG, Blood cultures, catheterisation and managing Peg feeding Document all care as per NMC guidelines and ensure all patient risk assessments are completed within the expected time frames
