, in their search for a dedicated and compassionateStaff Nurse
to join their inpatient ward team on a full-time, permanent basis.This is a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse seeking to deliver high-quality care in a supportive, well-equipped environment with a focus on surgical recovery and patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide safe, effective, and evidence-based nursing care to surgical patients Support patients through pre-operative and post-operative recovery Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centred care Maintain accurate patient records and support clinical governance standards Actively contribute to continuous improvement within the ward
Requirements:
NMC Registered Nurse (Adult) Previous experience in a surgical or acute ward setting preferred Strong clinical skills and commitment to high standards of care Excellent communication and teamwork skills
