We offer enhancements for Saturdays and any work between 8pm and 7.30am on weekdays at time +30% of your basic salary rate. For Sundays and Bank Holidays at time + 60% of your basic salary rate.

Qualifications and Experience

Registered Nurse Diploma or Degree Evidence of continual professional development Proven experience in surgical ward environment with a knowledge and understanding of surgical/medical/OPD procedures. Delivery of evidence-based practice Demonstrates a patient focus approach Proven experience of delivering safe, effective and personalised nursing care Adhere to and model the standards outlined in the NMC code Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent employee relations track record Commitment to professional development Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team Computer skills Good time management Dear Candidate, Are you the candidate we are looking for to join our team at Spencer Private Hospitals Ltd. We are looking for a friendly, flexible and motivated Registered Nurse to join our forward-thinking ward at Spencer Private Hospital in Margate. Working closely with a team of individuals who provide a professional and competent service in the delivery of health care across the company, you'll play a key role in supporting patients who access our services for elective clinical procedures. Delivering and evaluating high standards of evidenced based care to a diverse group of individuals. The ward delivers high quality care across a broad range of specialities including, Orthopaedic, general surgery and Gynaecology services. Our sites are based within EKHUFT and this position is working at the Margate site.
