We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate
Registered General Nurse (RGN)
orRegistered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
to join our caring team at our nursing home. This is a full-time position offering a mixed shift pattern (days and nights), where you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents.Key Responsibilities
:Provide professional nursing care to residents with a variety of medical and mental health conditions Ensure person-centered care is delivered in line with individual care plans Administer medications and treatments in accordance with best practices and regulations Work closely with the care team to ensure safe and effective care delivery Document patient care accurately and efficiently Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals
Qualifications & Experience
:NMC Registered Nurse
(RGN or RMN)Relevant post-registration experience
in a nursing home or similar healthcare environment Excellentcommunication skills
and ability to work effectively within a team2+ years of recent experience
as a Registered Nurse Strong understanding of care standards and nursing protocolsJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From 20.00 per hour
