We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced
Registered General Nurses (RGNs)
to join our professional care team. We have vacancies available for bothday and night shifts
at our established nursing home.As an RGN, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest standards of care, comfort, and dignity. You will take responsibility for administering medication, overseeing care delivery, and supporting staff while ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with NMC standards. Take responsibility for managing shifts and supporting care teams. Administer medication and monitor residents' health and wellbeing. Maintain accurate care records and documentation. Promote a person-centred approach to care and encourage independence. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements
Qualified
Registered General Nurse (RGN)
with validNMC registration
. Previousnursing home experience
is essential. Strong communication, clinical, and leadership skills. Compassionate and dedicated approach to resident care.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
