About the Role:

We are urgently recruiting for

Registered Nurses

to join our dedicated team at our nursing home. We have

36-hour full-time positions

available, with both

day and night shifts

to suit your preference. As a nurse within our home, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being at all times.

In this role, you will work closely with other healthcare professionals and take charge of shifts, ensuring that the home runs smoothly during your working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care and support to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met. Take shift charge during day shifts, ensuring the smooth running of the nursing home and overseeing the care team. Administer medication as part of medication rounds, adhering to proper procedures and protocols. Monitor residents' health conditions and update care plans as required. Work in collaboration with healthcare professionals and report any changes in residents' conditions. Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance. Provide support and leadership to care staff, ensuring high standards of care are consistently met.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

Nursing Home experience

preferred. Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN (RN status). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Capable of taking charge of shifts and overseeing the team. A caring, compassionate, and patient approach to resident care.
