Whiteacehealthcare is seeking a dedicated and experienced RGN/RMN to join our team at Mulberry House - Specialist Residential & Nursing Care. This full-time position involves working night shifts (48 hours per week) providing high-quality care to our residents. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of nursing experience, hold a valid NMC registration, and be committed to delivering compassionate and professional care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide safe and effective nursing care to residents. Administer medication and maintain accurate records. Monitor and assess residents' health and wellbeing. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop care plans. Promote a safe, supportive, and positive environment for residents and staff.
