We are currently seeking two dedicated and experienced
Registered Nurses (RGN/RMN)
to join our care team--one for day shifts and one for night shifts. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-supported environment that values high-quality, person-centred care.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high standards of nursing care in line with NMC guidelines Support residents with complex care needs in a respectful and compassionate manner Lead, guide, and mentor junior staff and care teams Contribute to the development and review of care plans Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices
Requirements:
NMC Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) Minimum
2 years' experience working as a nurse in the UK
, particularly within acare home setting
Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Passionate about delivering exceptional care to residentsWhat We Offer:
