The ideal candidate will have experience in
end-of-life care
, although we also welcome applications from
newly qualified nurses
who are eager to learn and develop their skills in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care.
Support residents with complex health needs, including end-of-life care.
Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to maintain the highest standards of care.
Ensure compliance with NMC standards and organisational policies.
Promote dignity, respect, and independence for all residents.
Requirements:
Valid NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).
Experience in end-of-life care is desirable but not essential.
Strong communication, clinical, and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate approach and commitment to high-quality care.
