About the Role:

On behalf of our client, we're looking for a sharp, ambitious software engineer who's hungry to build, scale, and shape a product that's redefining an entire industry. If you thrive in high-growth, high-impact environments and like solving meaningful problems with smart people, you'll fit right in.

You'll work directly with our clients CTO and CPO to ship features, improve system architecture, and push the platform forward as we scale rapidly.

This is a hands-on, leadership-oriented role-- ideal for someone who wants to leave their mark on something big.

Tech Stack:

What We're Looking For

7+ years

of professional experience as a software engineer Proven

leadership experience: Y

ou've led teams or been a key contributor in a high-growth startup Passion for

clean, maintainable code

and scalable systems Strong

product mindset:

You care about the "why" as much as the "how" Comfortable navigating

complex domains

(bonus if you've worked in fintech, logistics, or industrial systems) Adaptable, fast learner, and an excellent communicator Bonus points if you've been a

A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent).

What You'll Be Doing:

Build new features and improve the architecture of a fast-growing platform Work closely with the CTO and CPO to shape product direction and tech decisions Lead technical conversations and drive strategic engineering initiatives Get hands-on with complex problem-solving across business domains Contribute to hiring and mentor newer engineers Help scale the platform to meet increasing demand and complexity
