As a Staff Technical Account Manager, you will be integral to the technical success of our largest merchants in a new geographical market, guiding their developers, product teams, and key business partners throughout the entire customer lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include solution selling and implementing our products into merchants' existing architectures, as well as providing ongoing support as they scale. You will not only help them mitigate potential issues but also empower them to leverage the full spectrum of Affirm's offerings, translating business objectives into technical strategies and product optimizations. Technical Account Managers are part of the Engineering Team and collaborate closely with Affirm's Product, Operations, Customer Success, and Frontline Technical Support teams.
