Deep expertise in UI/UX design principles, design systems, and design thinking methodologies. Strong problem-solving skills, using UX methodologies to deliver value to customers and the business.

Responsibilities:

Act as a force multiplier for design, leading by example and mentoring other designers in UX craft. Lead complex design projects, taking ownership of initiatives that span multiple teams, domains, or products. Expand beyond assigned product areas, influencing design decisions across features, platforms, and departments. Drive high-impact design execution, ensuring experiences align with customer, business, and organizational goals. Collaborate with product and engineering leadership, contributing to prioritization, ideation, and execution. Own the execution of UX solutions, including wireframes, prototypes, user flows, journey maps, and final UI assets. Ensure on-time and in-full delivery, working closely with engineering and product management to execute seamlessly. Elevate the design team's expertise, advocating for UX best practices and mentoring junior team members. Advocate for design excellence, ensuring quality, usability, and consistency across products. Partner across teams, fostering collaboration between design, product, and engineering to create cohesive and impactful user experiences. Effective collaboration skills, with the ability to drive alignment and build consensus across design, product, and engineering teams. Ability to navigate ambiguity, proactively defining direction alongside product and engineering counterparts. Excellent communication and storytelling skills, ensuring design rationale is compelling and actionable. A high level of accountability, with excellent time management and follow-through on commitments. Energy, enthusiasm, and curiosity, embracing a growth mindset and continuous learning. Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams to ensure cohesive design execution across multiple products. Cybersecurity experience is not required, but the ability to synthesize complex industry needs into polished and user-friendly design solutions is essential.
