Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Staffing Manager to lead our recruitment efforts and enhance our talent acquisition strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources and staffing, with expertise in lead generation and relationship management. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to utilise various applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Google and the Styled4 App to streamline the hiring process.

Duties

Develop and implement effective staffing strategies to attract top talent across various departments. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Utilise social media management tools to promote job openings and engage with potential candidates. Maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices. Conduct market research to identify trends in talent acquisition and adjust strategies accordingly. Oversee the use of CRM systems for tracking candidate progress and maintaining accurate records. Collaborate with Head Office team to align recruitment efforts with business objectives. Generate leads for potential candidates through networking, referrals, and industry events.

Requirements

Proven experience in a staffing or recruitment role within human resources. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders alike. Experience in relationship management and understanding of the importance of candidate experience. Familiarity with ATS or CRM tools is advantageous. Knowledge of social media management techniques for effective candidate outreach. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
